Job Description
The mission of the Customer Activation unit in Sales is to create a strategic plan that brings our brand direction to life through different touch points. Through data and customer insights, we will design a plan that will ensure a holistic customer experience from communication with our customer to our membership program.
As Paid Social Media Lead your primary responsibility is to create and execute a channel strategy that supports our business goals and ensures a clear understanding of how we should use the channels to support our global media strategy.
Job responsibilities includes, but not limited to:
Develop and execute paid social media strategies that align with the organization's goals and target audience.
Set channel creative guidelines and specifications.
Provide performance feedback for your channel.
Set Test and learn agenda for the channel. Platform development plans with platforms
Utilize strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to effectively use paid social analytics tools.
Track and analyze campaign performance, measure key metrics, and derive actionable insights.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize paid social strategies and achieve a return on ad spend (ROAS) in line with set goals.
Manage together with our Global Media Agency a large-scale, multi-market paid social campaigns effectively.
Demonstrate effective collaboration and communication skills by working closely with cross-functional teams, incl marketing, analytics, creative, and technology, to align paid social strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
Use strong project management skills to coordinate and execute campaigns across different markets and collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with local market needs.
Embrace adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning in the ever-evolving paid social landscape. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in paid social.
Proactively seek out new opportunities, test new features and strategies, and remain competitive.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of work experience from paid social at an agency or as paid social responsible at a larger company, preferable within the retail or fashion industry.
Higher education in Marketing.
Deep understanding of paid social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads. Knowledgeable about the ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques specific to each platform. This expertise allows them to create and execute effective paid social media campaigns.
Strong strategic thinking skills and be able to develop and execute paid social media strategies that align with the organization's goals and target audience. Have the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, drive conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Ability to formulate clear briefs to partners to set tactical execution of strategy.
Strong analytical skills and proficient in analysing campaign performance metrics, such as reach, impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS. Be able to derive insights from data, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Understand the importance of storytelling, brand consistency, and ad creative that captures attention and drives conversions.
Effective project management and communication skills to be able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines. Ability to clearly communicate campaign objectives, strategies, and results to stakeholders within the organization.
Leadership experience or qualities.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
