We are breaking new ground and building an inhouse media team to take our global marketing activities to the next level. Do you have a big interest in how paid social media contributes to our media mix and overarching ambitions? Are you the new colleague responsible for paid social media that we are looking for?

Your role in our new team. You will be a part of our new Media inhouse team and working in the Global Marketing Strategy team. In the Media team you report to the Global Media Manager and work close to the Global Marketing team. In this role you are responsible for our paid social media activities across multiple markets and sales channels. From defining a suitable strategy to planning, budgeting, buying, analysing performance, and continuously optimising against relevant KPIs. You make sure that we utilise tools chosen for channel management to the fullest potential. In your role you also make sure to handle the relationship and cooperation with affiliate platform providers.

You work closely with Media Leads to give input on budget and strategy for your channels. You run multi-variate testing of audience, ad-content and formats and work closely with our content creation team making sure we have the right content in place. You plan and develop new ideas, you produce, write copy and buy/publish.

We are looking for two new colleagues, a substitute position for about one year and one permanent employment.

Is this you? You have a test and learn mentality and thrive in the performance marketing field, analysing data and finding new ways of optimising media investments. You have a strong interest in fashion and a good eye for visual content and an idea of “what works” on social media platforms. You are experienced in working with paid social media on different platforms and have a strong interest for digital tools, efficiencies, and new solutions on the market in general. You are a strong communicator in Swedish and English and have experience of creating reports, cases, and presentations.

You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment, where you get to grow, learn new things and work with colleagues from different parts of a company. Also, this probably sounds like you:

Relevant education/university degree within online marketing or similar
A few years of experience of running large budget (200K SEK+/month), multimarket Facebook ad accounts with e-com goals, at an agency or inhouse
Experience working with performance media budget planning, performance prognosis and optimising towards relevant KPIs
A few years of experience of running TikTok campaigns
Experience with feed-based advertising such as Google Shopping or other Google feed-ads, Criteo or other remarketing, Facebook product ads, affiliate, meta-search, or shopping portals
Experience working with Google Marketing Platform and 3rd-party SoMe campaign management tools
Meta Blueprint Buying Professional/Meta Certified Media Planning Professional (other Meta certifications are meritorious) and Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)
