Job Description
As Paid Social Media Specialist you will be part of our Marketing & Communications team, working together with Head of Social Media and the Organic Social Media Specialist towards increasing brand awareness and driving customer acquisition through our global social media channels. You will collaborate with relevant teams and Local Markets to synchronize the activity plan and secure content and work with central teams to ensure channel and product feed developments are delivered in a timely manner.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing our global paid social activities on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other potential channels.
Contribute to setting budgets, goals and KPI-s, plan and forecast ad spend. Analyse key metrics, look for opportunities to improve performance by finding inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
Create compelling ad copy and edit assets based on templates (images, videos)
Develop testing roadmaps across paid social working with relevant stakeholders across the business.
Contribute to reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, as well as ad hoc if required.
Support the social media team with social commerce activities.
Keep track of creative requirements and platform best practices to make sure assets produced are in line with industry and platform standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised team player who is passionate about content, media, strategy, and most importantly data-driven campaigns. In addition, you have the ability to prioritize and manage your own time effectively, take initiative when needed. We believe you have a passion for digital marketing as well as the retail environment and you are constantly looking for ways to improve.
To be considered for this role you have:
At least 3 years of previous experience in managing paid social campaigns across Meta/Facebook Ads, and ideally some experience in Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat.
Understanding funnel-based marketing and how to reach, engage and move users through the buyer's journey.
Hands-on experience in building campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, managing inventory in Commerce Manager and using marketing automation tools such as Smartly.
Good understanding of Google Analytics and Attribution Models.
Fluent in English in both written and verbal communication.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Experience with data feeds is beneficial.
Previous experience in writing ad copy and working with creative assets.
