Paid Social Specialist

Our Performance Marketing team is growing and now we are looking for a driven Paid Social Specialist, who will ensuring, and have a significant impact, on the NA-KD's display marketing presence.

As a Paid Social Specialist at NA-KD you will help to develop the business globally and we'll give you the chance to work and grow within a high-paced and dynamic environment. You will dive deeper in managing and optimizing campaigns in paid social, programmatic, and Ad Networks, as well as identify opportunities to scale the business in a data driven manner.

Your Future

- Manage the day to day execution of paid social campaigns in various channels (Meta, TikTok, Snap among others) with both performance and app objectives
- Help plan and execute continuous A/B tests, primarily for Meta but also for other channels such as TikTok, Snap etc.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise in tracking or ad serving.
- Report key insights, that are both impactful/actionable for the business


Your Past & Your Skills

- Min. 1 year of work experience of paid social management (ideally, other display channels as well) within performance as well as app campaigns
- Used to handle and optimize multiple paid social campaigns (ideally, within a B2C company)
- Experience working with Smartly is a big plus
- Data driven mindset and strong analytical skills (SQL would be a plus)
- Ability to successfully multi-task and deliver high quality work in an ever changing environment with short timelines
- Maniacal attention to detail
- Be solution-oriented and like to take initiatives
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, any other European language would be a plus
