To sustain our growth plans, we are looking for a Paid Social Specialist that can strengthen our E-commerce team. You will work cross-functionally with different departments such as Sales, Business Tech, Content Creative etc. to maximize output and secure with stakeholders localized channel adoption of content. You will Analyze data trends of partnership performance and measure the success of brand partnership marketing activities. Define KPIs and implement systems for measuring success and define approach and analyze key metrics and take actions accordingly. Also, you will be responsible that all activities and goals are aligned with the customer acquisition strategy, retention strategy and go-to-market plans together with stakeholders, as well as making sure all activities are well aligned with customer acquisition and retention strategy, set go to market plans and KPIs, and be involved in aligning strategies with our external media agency.
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for setting and implementing the strategy and execution in paid social channels to secure reach of our brand, campaigns, and to drive traffic, revenue and profitability to Monki.com
• Responsible for setting KPIs and budget for paid social in alignment with overall company goals and strategies and ensure that set goals and budget are met
• Responsible for planning, managing, executing, measuring and optimizing our paid digital marketing activities, focusing on paid Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube.
• Set and develop the Paid media strategy with the E-commerce team and global agency
• Work with a data driven approach to define and analyse key metrics and take actions accordingly
• Work long term and continuously develop the digital paid strategy, find new ways to optimize both high- and low funnel activities
• Continuously perform customer and market analysis to identify and test new paid social media platforms to secure reach, traffic and profitability in our paid social channel.
• Be self-driven and take ownership to develop the area and the opportunity to argue for strategies and methods towards business leaders and important stakeholders within the brand.

To be successful in this role we also see that you:
• You are a digital native with a strong passion for paid digital & social media and is ready to help take & Monki's paid media strategy to the next level.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in working with performance/paid marketing campaigns at an agency or similar role at a brand.
• In-depth knowledge and experience working with all social media platforms and publishing tools (Instagram, Facebook, Ads Manager, YouTube)
• You have experience in setting strategy and executing a social media paid strategy.
• You have great commercial insight, good analytical skills and are able to set KPI’s for your projects.
• Experience working with setting and managing budgets for the paid media.
• Experience working with SEM, display advertising a pre
• Love and master customer & performance analysis, have excellent analytical skills and are basically born and raised in Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager
• Effective time management skills: ability to prioritize, delegate and meet deadlines
