X Shore is on the lookout for a dynamic Paint prep operator to join us in crafting the world's most cutting-edge (electric) boat factory in Nyköping! ⚡

We need someone who thrives on high-speed tasks, sanding, applying putty and is thrilled to be part of our electrifying journey to revolutionize boating.

About the job

As a Paint Prep Operator you'll be responsible for various tasks related to the boat before painting, such as sanding, masking and applying putty. You’ll also be doing some plastic repairs.

If you're efficient, skilled in practical work, and have an eye for detail, you're the perfect fit. Quality control and maintaining a tidy workspace is also essential.

Your Profile

- Previous experience in prep work in automotive or boat industries

- Precision and attention to detail in all tasks

- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset

- Experience with glas fiber and carbon fiber materials

- Proficiency in English both written and spoken

- Value quality over quantity and a proactive problem solver

- Knowledge of polishing is a plus

Before you come on board, we'll conduct a comprehensive health assessment, and passing a spirometry test is required for the job. A background check will be part of the final hiring process.
