Paint Shop Manager
We are currently expanding our concept workshop to be able to deliver an ambitious portfolio of vehicles across multiple segments. To achieve our vision we need creative professionals with high competence who are innovative, committed and have the ability to deliver.
What you'll do
- Manage people in the paint shop, be hiring manager for additional team members when necessary
- Continuously maintain and improve the paint shop
- Run the daily operation including finding external/internal clients to have 100% possible “production” in the paint shop, of course in cooperation with the rest of the Concept Workshop team
- Plan and lead all paintwork, including of test/event cars both Interior and Exterior
- Order paint and paint supplies.
- Develop and recommend painting methods.
What you should have
- Extensive experience with automotive design painting or similar
- Relevant knowledge of/experience with the specific system areas of the paint shop
- Knowledge about trends and applications of new technologies
- Experience with project planning
- Fluent in Swedish and English (both verbal and written), other language skills are also appreciated and welcomed
