Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior PAM Operations Support to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Provide support for the PAM application team in Levels 2 and 3, focusing on addressing incidents and tickets related to admin account onboarding and related tasks.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the Delinea Secret Server PAM system.
Assist in resolving technical issues and challenges that arise within the PAM environment.
Work in alignment with both Agile and classic work methodologies to ensure efficient operations.
Contribute to the design, implementation, and development of systems with high availability requirements.
Manage the life cycle of software and hardware, ensuring updates, upgrades, and maintenance are executed effectively.

What you bring:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Delinea Secret Server PAM consultant.
Technical degree along with 2-3 years practical experience in relevant domains.
Proficient in User System administration on either Windows or Linux platforms.
Strong grasp of design, implementation, operations, and development of systems with high availability needs.
Knowledge of software and hardware life cycle management processes.
Familiarity with Agile and classic work methodologies to adapt to team workflows.
Effective communication skills in either English or Swedish for smooth collaboration.
