About us:

H2 Green Steel is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. But this is just the beginning - our expertise in green hydrogen will enable us to decarbonize other industries in addition to steel, and we look forward to what’s next in store for us.

Paralegal

We are looking for an outstanding and experienced paralegal, to support H2 Green Steel´s legal and finance teams.

Are you solution-oriented, unpretentious and exceptionally service-minded? Do you like structure and attention to detail without losing the overall picture? Do you also have a positive attitude and like to work in a fast-moving environment?

Not only will you work close with an outstanding team of people in a great environment, you will also get the chance to be part of financing H2 Green Steel and our projects which will have a large impact on the acceleration and transformation to a carbon free society.



Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Contracts management, signature and collection across our organization.

- Lead on coordinating and completing conditions precedent and know-your-customer processes in relation to new corporate transactions.

- Lead on ongoing corporate reporting, filing and other company maintenance requirements.

- Work with Legal, Finance, Digital, People & Org, Strategy, Communications, and other teams to help out and synchronise work streams.

- Support the management of external stakeholders such as the Investors, Financial institutions and other Policy driven organizations.

- Special projects as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of experience working at a senior level in a fast-paced. environment/company, as a legal assistant or paralegal.

- You most probably come from a similar role, but most importantly, you have the instinct needed to provide great service, learn quickly, street smart and thrive on making this happen.

- Excellent English written and oral skills.

- Decisive and firm personality yet humble and easy going.

- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative.

- Ability to work under high pressure with tight deadlines, excellent time management.

- Strong organization skills and used to manage a range of activities simultaneously.

- Qualities that we cherish are flexibility, quality, friendliness, motivation to take on new challenges, grit and a sense of humor.
