Paralegal (Board of Directors secretariat and Corporate Governance Team)

Group Function Legal Affairs and Compliance consists of approximately 200 legal counsels, compliance officers and administrators located in approximately 40 countries. We are currently looking for a talented and motivated paralegal to join the Board of Directors secretariat and the Corporate Governance team in Kista.
Job Description
The main responsibilities include coordination of the Board of Directors secretariat, manage and monitor the annual calendar for Board and Committee meetings, administration and preparation of Board materials and organization of the Board portal, including the distribution, approval and filing of Board materials, agenda and activity planning, and providing support to the Chief Legal Officer and secretary of the Board with drafts and templates for minutes and resolutions. In addition, the responsibilities include handling of corporate governance matters and maintaining power of attorneys relating to Ericsson’s Swedish subsidiaries.
The work is highly independent and provides a broad network of contacts within the Ericsson Group. The position plays a central role for the Board work and includes close contacts with the Board and executive management. This is a great opportunity for someone with legal experience and education with a genuine interest in Swedish corporate law.
Qualifications
Ideally you will have some relevant work experience (but for the right candidate we would consider a candidate with less experience or recent graduate)
Good knowledge of Swedish corporate law
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Swedish and English
Academic qualifications in law or a related area are required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
