Ericsson's Compliance Office has the group responsibility for three compliance areas: Antitrust (compliance with competition law), Anti-corruption (compliance with corruption and bribery law) and Trade Compliance (compliance with customs, sanctions, and export control laws).

The Compliance Office develop and maintain Ericsson’s ethics and compliance program. The office also supports compliance teams in the Market Areas or operational units, which are responsible for supporting and supervising the execution of these programs in all operating units and legal entities within the countries of responsibility.

Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now searching for a Paralegal to support our Allegation Management and Assurance function supports Ericsson's investigation and remediation processes. We want to make sure we are doing the right thing.


Main tasks and responsibilities
Track progress of investigations and remediation actions to prevent future misconduct.
Build reports for the Key Performance Indicators for the Allegation Management & Assurance function.
Prioritize material for Group and Market Area Compliance Remediation Committee meetings.
Build steering documents and develop trainings and workshops and drive other key projects.

Skills and qualifications
University degree suitable for compliance with paralegal experience and/or certificate in paralegal studies.
Experience conducting investigations and / or working compliance.
Knowledge of laws and regulations knowledge, particularly anti-corruption laws, together with good business knowledge and understanding.
Project management and team working skills and the ability to handle several projects simultaneously and independently.
Learning and researching - adept at following detailed process and procedures.
Excellent written and oral communications skills and proficient in English, second language is desirable.



Location: Stockholm (Kista), Sweden or Dusseldorf, Germany.
