Job description
In the position, you will be working in an international team with your closest colleagues in Sweden and in the US. The nature of the work requires daily interactions with the whole organization, from local sales teams to the Group management.

Main responsibilities

• Assist the global Legal & Risk Function in the day-to-day business.
• Support the Company´s management trademarks, patents and other IP rights.
• Responsible for corporate administration and formalities, registration with company authorities, updating company registers etc.
• Coordinate global insurance annual updates, insurance matters, certificates of coverage (foremost US) and manage applications and quotes
• Administer the enterprise risk management process
• Manage notarization, apostille etc. as well as other administrative tasks
• Manage the function´s digital systems, such as the legal entity management system
• Handling/archiving original and electronic documents and legal files
• Maintain and provide contract templates to the organization – NDAs, Supply Agreements, Customer Agreements, Power of Attorneys etc.

Qualifications
The person we are looking for has at least a few years of previous experience as a paralegal in a similar position, preferably from a position where you have been working with corporate administration and trademarks previously.

It is beneficial if you have a degree from post-secondary studies focusing on economics, law, administration or other education. We expect you to have excellent skills in Swedish and English and good knowledge in all the Microsoft Office applications.

You are working independently and thrive when taking on new and challenging tasks. You appreciate to quickly get a lot of responsibility and feel comfortable with making your own decisions and solve problems. As a person you are commercial, accountable, highly dependable with integrity, and like to think outside the box. You also have a good sense for detail and orderly processes.

You are a service-minded team player with an ability to create and develop good relationships across a multinational organization. Also, you are down-to-earth with ability to live by the core values of the Permobil culture: trusted, passionate, leading and user first.
