Our customer service department is growing, and we are now looking for you who want to be part of our successful team.
 
BGA Frames welcomes you to a fast-growing e-commerce company that conducts sales activities with most of Europe as a market. From the head office in Gävle, we offer our customers interior design with a focus on Scandinavian design - and as specialists in picture frames and mirrors, we have over 20,000 unique products in our range.
 
Our customer service consists of 10 employees who serve our customers via e-mail, chat and telephone in a total of 8 languages. We are now expanding our team with two French-speaking customer service employees.
 
As a customer service employee, you help our customers with their questions regarding, for example, orders, product information, payments and deliveries. Our office is located in Gävle, but the work can be done remotely.
 
Requirement:

• Speaks fluent French
• Writes fluent in French
• Speaks English or Swedish for internal communication at the department
 
Merit:

• Speaks another language fluently, eg Norwegian, Danish, German, English, Spanish
• Previous experience with customer service work
• Previous sales experience
• Good computer skills
