The Opportunity
We are looking for a young professional in the beginning of their career to join our Stockholm Office. You will be responsible for a variety of projects related to business analysis, market research, client RFPs and outlining problems and strategies for the business to facilitate decision-making. You will work with many of our internal tools, Hubspot in particular. You will work cross-functionally supporting Operations, Sales and Marketing in special projects. In some of the projects you will act as the lead to drive change, improve efficiencies and add value to the business. You will work closely with the Senior Business Developer as well as the COO, the CEO and experienced Sales Directors. You will be in a dynamic and entrepreneurial company with a strong focus on growth and exploiting new technologies (eg. AI). You will be able to work from home or from our Stockholm office.
Role and responsibilities
• Collecting and analysing data, identifying opportunities for growth for the business. Preparing business cases. Presenting your findings to the COO / CEO / Sales team.
• Implementing new policies. Benchmarking and purchasing solutions from 3rd party vendors.
• Supporting the Sales team in client acquisition (RFPs)
Background to succeed in this role
• You are smart, flexible and able to work on complex tasks to drive efficiencies.
• You have completed a bachelor or master degree (business, engineering, economics or similar).
• Great presentation skills and able to easily distil complex information into easy-to understand material for the customer.
• A great interest or experience in new technology and AI. Relevant work experience is a plus.
• Experience with Hubspot or other CRM solutions is a GREAT plus
• Fluent in English. Additional language skills are a merit.
