About the role

As a part-time (Monday-Friday from 09:00-13:00) customer service expert, you are the link between the company and overjoyed customers. Your role? You are the first helpline for customers who have questions or need help. With your bright face and friendly approach, you will make customers feel heard and seen. Some of your duties will include: 

Manage incoming customer requests via phone and email.
Ensure prompt response and resolution.
Keep customers informed of status and progress.
Forward important issues to the right people.

Work for a leading tech-giant specialising in smart home innovation

We are currently looking for candidates who would enjoy working for a company that is a leader in smart home technology. Think of smart thermostats that learn your schedule to save energy, security cameras that provide real-time alerts to keep your home safe, and smart lighting systems that adjust based on your preferences and routines.

In short, devices that make daily living easier and more convenient.

As their support line, you will assist customers with any questions or issues they have. You will help users troubleshoot problems, understand how to use their smart home devices, and ensure they get the most out of their technology.

What do you get?

You will receive €500 to help with your relocation costs, such as flight ticket or accommodation costs.
An annual gross salary of €10,500 for 20 hours a week (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00).
Salary benefits of €750 per year.
You will receive a monthly food card of €40 per month.
You will get organisational help e.g. with registration and banking.
A permanent contract.
You will have 11,5 days of paid vacation each year. There are also 14 national holidays in Spain. If you have to work on those days, you’ll get paid double.

What's required?

You have native Swedish language skills (written and spoken).
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
You are available for a minimum of 12 months.
You’re at least 18 years old.
Very good communication, and listening skills.
You are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00.
