Part time Finnish Customer service agent

Swedish Recruitment is a recruitment company based in Sweden but with a clear focus on the European job market.Our client is a Malta based I-gaming Company.This is a part time position and you will be required to work approx 22 hours per week. Main tasks are: - Customer support via email, chat and phone - Shorter translations from English into own language - Update of website content into own language Key Responsibilities: * Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer calls, emails and chat.* Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level.* Keep the website updated by submitting articles and offers * Participate in and help with online marketing campaigns Candidates need to be Fluent in Finnish, with excellent language skills and preferably previous experience in CS (but it's not a must).
