Here at Elkjøp/Elgiganten/Giganttis Technical Support we help customers on a daily basis with anything ranging from computer issues to issues with their TV or tablet. We are stationed in Copenhagen and we are currently offering positions working for Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland

We offer:
A start salary of 134dkk / Hour
Bonus possibilities
Part Time employment, aprox 20 hours / week
Expected shift availability: morning, evenings, and Saturdays

About the position:
We are offering positions on our Swedish and Finnish team at our office in Copenhagen, where you on a daily basis will be handling calls from customers calling from these countries, needing help with anything from computers to tablets or TVs. You will become a part of a team that cares about each other and that is focused on working in the same direction.

The most important part of our job is ensuring high customer satisfaction. We expect you to be very patient, pedagogical, and understanding towards the issues that our customers face when it comes to technology.

speaks Swedish, Finnish, and English

Working Hours:
Mon-Fri: 8 am- 8 pm
Saturdays: 9 am - 5 pm
