Student, here you will find a unique opportunity! Get the chance to take your first step into one of the most interesting companies in Linköping. If you are interested in game development, this is an opportunity you can't miss!
OM TJÄNSTEN
Pugstorm is a Linköping-based game development studio founded by former LiU students in 2018. Since its inception, Pugstorm has grown into a multinational team of more than 30 full-time employees. The company is specialized in creating games with open, procedurally generated worlds, survival elements, and a strong focus on exploration, player creativity, and emergent gameplay experiences.
Pugstorms most recent game, Core Keeper, has captivated players with its immersive gameplay, where they find themselves stranded in an ancient cavern. Players must mine relics and resources to build their base, craft new equipment, survive, and power up the mysterious Core. To date, Core Keeper has sold 3 million copies.
They use a custom CI pipeline for all games, built on GitHub Actions and Docker. As they continue to enhance their development workflows, they are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to help them take the pipeline to the next level. These tasks could include creating automated backup systems, building internal tools, and integrating workflows with other platforms like Discord.
