Part time job for KTH-student - Tavana IT

We are now looking for a part time consultant within IT Support/Technician for one of our big clients within the music industry.

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
At this department you will work with all the makers of the client´s enabled speakers around the world. Our mission is to make sure that every speaker that runs this clients app offers a wonderful user experience.
Setting up, testing, and verifying that our partner-built experiences are as good as we would make them ourselves, is a very important part of this.
We are looking for part-time testers for their Speakers'n'Stuff squad. The assignment is 33% for a maximum of 1-2 years.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Setting up new speakers and devices, including their companion apps
- Verifying that the devices work the way they should
- Communicating with our partners with regard to their devices passing, needing changes, etc.
- Identifying things that slow us down and suggesting improvements

YOUR PROFILE:
- Student from KTH
- Able to work part-time
- Able to perform the testing on-site at their Stockholm office
- Currently enrolled in education within a technical field
- Somewhat familiar with troubleshooting technical issues for devices

Location: Stockholm / part-time
