Part time work as Norwegian Collection Agent

Klarna?s Debt Collection Department?s primarily goal is to find customer targeted solutions for the collection of debts. As part of our continuous growth we are now looking for a new member to our Outbound Debt Collection Department to work towards the Norwegian market.

Your mission is to drive our outbound collection by contacting customer via the telephone that has an outstanding debt towards Klarna. We expect you to find the best possible way for customers to pay their debts where both parts get satisfied.

To easiest reach the customers you will be working during evenings and your working hours will be Monday ? Thursday, between 17:00 - 20:00.

We are looking for a social and engaged person who easily can talk to people and who likes giving great service. You are probably a student at the university who wants to combine your studies with an interesting part time work and who have an upper secondary school degree. You know Swedish and English fluently, but also have a great knowledge of the Norwegian language. You should also be efficient, focused and work in a structured manner with a great ability to make decisions. You are analytical, like to solve problems and have a strong desire to learn new things. You should also enjoy your work the most when you have the possibility to show your capacity!

We'll be extra interested if you...
- Are experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Have a technical and analytical mindset, eager to question and develop internal processes.
- Have an interest in judicial problems and customer rights.

We also place great emphasis on teamwork and a pleasant working environment. For us your personality and your performance are more important than working experience. At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need for your work at our debt collection department.
