Part time work for special needs five year old boy

We are a small Swedish agency in the UK that deal with stable staff and riders, we find work for capable people ready for paid work, involving horses, stable management, riding and grooms in the UK. Eire and Europe. We also have families looking for Mother's help, childcare and care for the elderly.
All jobs are with free accommodation.

We require an experienced, firm, energetic, great communicator to work 1-1 with my son three afternoons each week.
This would involve collection from school within term-time, a short walk home (from Lyndhurst Gardens to East Heath Road), preparing dinner, helping with homework, daily reading, bath time and a goodnight story, whilst ensuring the house areas used were left neat and the kitchen tidied following dinner.
Any previous experience with a child with autism/ADHD would be helpful, though my son has been tested for both and hasn't enough characteristics for either diagnosis. He thrives from a fun bond with others, lots of positive praise and perhaps most importantly, very clear boundaries and rules. He has been tested to have above average intellect in maths and science and to sometimes require support in social communication. He is in mainstream school and is inquisitive and kind.
We would need the candidate to be confident, very good at providing structure and a positive and kind person.

3-8pm during term time and 12-5 within school holidays ideally. Total of 15 hrs weekly. We could offer more hours within school holidays if required
