WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
McKinsey Transformation is a unit of McKinsey, founded in 2010, that focuses exclusively on holistic transformations and corporate restructuring. We help clients drive rapid and dramatic performance improvement, plus provide a full suite of services to support companies facing liquidity issues or insolvency. To do so, we pair experienced professionals who are drawn from industry, private equity and the restructuring ecosystem with our firm’s global network of industry and functional experts. We are doers and we work closely with clients to execute the steps needed to achieve extraordinary performance improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will serve clients with the McKinsey Transformation “recipe” of leveraging a holistic, execution-centric approach, providing interim management and transformation leadership capabilities, and integrating the “best of the firm” (including other new ventures, plus sector and functional knowledge).
To achieve proven results, you also will apply all levers, not only cost but also including revenue, strategy, organization and capital. Your client engagements will often span 12-24 months and they will include three phases: independent diligence phase (6-8 weeks), bottom up phase (6-8 weeks), and implementation (6-12+ months).
