Partner Care Agent - Onboarding

Is it a no-brainer for you to always give top class service no matter what? Would you enjoy doing this together with a fun team at one of Sweden’s most upcoming food and retail Tech-companies? We are now expanding our Partner Care team with an onboarding agent. In this role you will do what you probably love the most, call our new restaurant and store partners to give them an extraordinary onboarding experience with us. You will make sure they have all the necessary information and technical equipment needed to start using our platform. To thrive and succeed in this role you need to be a fearless doer. If you also bring a positive attitude we probably will become great friends!

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

- Make sure our restaurant and retail partners get an excellent onboarding experience when signing up with foodora, by using the phone as your tool
- Make sure our partners have the right technical equipment (a tablet), as well as all the information needed to start using our platform.
- Follow up our partners to make sure everything runs smoothly throughout our collaboration

- Self-Reliant - Even though we are working as a team, it’s important that you feel comfortable taking your own initiatives
- Solutions oriented - Every day will probably not be a walk in the park, but when you face problems you see them as a fun challenge to solve


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Preferably you have previous experience with customer service, or other service positions where the customer is in focus. You feel comfortable using the phone as your closest tool
- You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in Swedish and English, additional language skills such as Arabic, Turkish, Mandarin or other is meritorious
- Experience from the restaurant industry is a plus


Start date: September/October
