Our Client is an American public multinational corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of products and services predominantly related to computing through its various product divisions.

Its most profitable products have come to dominate the commercial office suite market, and the company’s operating system, which has achieved near ubiquity in the desktop computer market. The company has also diversified in recent years into the video game industry as well as into the consumer electronics and digital services market.

The market demand for our customer’s tablet/PC is increasing rapidly and we have an opportunity for an entrepreneurial & passionate person to drive the sales engagement for business partners in Sweden.

The Tablet/PC business-to-business is growing, the sales go through partner resellers and we need to scale up the engagement with the resellers. This role will be in the partner group which is a part of the OCP (One Commercial Partner) team that is focused on developing our customer’s business through partners.

As a Channel Champ you will work with the Surface Commercial Sales Channel (distributors and authorized resellers) in Sweden to increase the market share of Surface devices for the B2B market by engaging directly with the product and sales teams of the channel partners to identify new sales opportunities and land deals.

As a Surface Channel Champion, you will be directly involved in developing and executing on both marketing and sales plans/strategies with the channel partners, identify business opportunities and build close relationship with top partners.
You will also be supporting the Surface Commercial Channel community through webinars, workshops and events as well as support partners in customers meetings.

Key Accountabilities:

• Increase tablet/PC sales with key accounts/partners
• Motivate, train and coach partners sales teams to land the deals
• Help partners increase the sales utilizing internal resources and programs
• Capture new customers through campaigns and data analytics and gain mindshare across all sellers within the partner
• Supports the partners account teams on site during customer visits and brings this specific tablet into the discussion as a solution
• Positions the product so that it is actively suggested as an alternative
• Responsible for ensuring the partner is ready to adopt our customer’s new innovations, programs and take advantage of new routes to market. The resellers should maintain their competitive edge by leading with most up to date technology and programs for this tablet


If you have experience from business-to-business sales that would be an advantage but we are also looking for candidates with experience from for instance ElGiganten, or similar companies, with minimum a bachelor degree. You will be working with one of the fast growing products within the IT industry in the most valuable IT company in the world. If you have IT partner sales experience that is a plus but we would also encourage candidates that are fresh out of the university to apply for this position!

The candidates we are looking for are fluent in Swedish and English, only candidates with a Swedish work permit already in place will be taken into consideration and you must have relevant experience.

The position is going to be based at our clients’ Swedish office in Stockholm.
