About the role
The Partner Coordinator Retail is responsible for overseeing the coordination of the partner brands in the Retail area for Europe.
This role acts as a vital link between local markets, central teams, and partner brands. The coordinator will manage implementation plans, facilitate communication, and align key stakeholders to drive successful market entry and coordination of retail development.
This role is critical in ensuring the successful introduction and integration of the partner brands into the European market, contributing directly to the company's strategic objectives.
What you will do
Key responsibilities
Market Coordination & Support:
• Lead and manage the rollout of the partner brand across multiple European markets within the existing retailer network.
• Develop market-specific implementation plans and oversee execution in each market.
• Ensure alignment of the broader Europe strategy
• Organize and lead regular update meetings, workshops, and briefing sessions to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged on central, regional and market level.
• Identify and escalate issues that may impact market rollout, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between local market teams, the central coordination team, and partner brands.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment on key project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with various departments to support the network build-up.
What you bring
• Proven experience in market coordination, project management, or retail network development, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with European automotive markets and experience working in a multinational environment is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different areas.

Location
We operate from Volvo Cars headquarter in Gothenburg, Sweden. It is therefore the preferred location for the ideal candidate. Alternative locations in Sweden and Europe can be discussed if expertise strongly matches the desired profile.
