Are you looking for a position where you can use your passion for creating a great customer experience in every touch point? We are now expanding our Commercial Operations team with a Partner Experience Specialist. We are looking for a mission-driven person with a combination of a qualitative and quantitative analytical skill set. This role will offer you everything in the candy box. You will analyse data and turn it into improvement in customer experience, retention and loyalty. You will collect important information from both internal as well as external stakeholders and drive various initiatives and projects to implement solutions to improvement areas. At the end of the day the most important part is to make sure foodora delivers - not only good, but great, experience to our restaurant partners and that we have superb NPS results from our partners. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
- Have end-to-end responsibility for the partner journey within foodora and make sure we’re performing in all touch points towards restaurants
- Lead high complexity projects involving C-level stakeholders
- Set communication strategy toward partners - where do we communicate about what and how?
- Keep track of NPS results and make sure we take action on findings therein
- Drive development of content and functionality of our restaurant facing customer portal to make sure we’re best in class when it comes to service to our partners
YOU ARE
- Service-Minded - You will collaborate with many internal and external stakeholders, we hope that you always want to deliver a world-class service
- Solutions Oriented - You will collect and solve various problem areas, does that trigger you in a positive way?
- Communicative skills - After reading the advert this far, you might have noticed that your communication skills will be crucial
- Self-Reliant - You will drive your work independently (with support from an amazing team of course), but you need to feel comfortable standing on your own as well
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably degree within business, marketing, communication or similar
- At least 2 years of work within project management, communication, customer experience or similar
- Experience from CRM systems is a plus (we are working with Salesforce)
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (or Google Suite)
- You can communicate fluently verbally and in writing in both swedish and english
- However - in the end we're looking for a perfect fit, not a perfect person. If you don't match all of above - you might still be the one for us!
