The Sales Team
The Partner Manager will be part of the sales team which is responsible for bringing in new Enterprise and Mid-market clients to Detectify. Our sales representatives work with customers from a wide range of industries to understand their needs, find creative solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
We are expanding our partner business and here is your opportunity to take on the role as our first Partner Manager!
What you'll get to do
As Partner Manager you’ll be part of building and scaling our partnership business; identifying and qualifying new strategic alliances across EMEA.
Here you will drive and take ownership in developing the partner structure as well as further expanding and maintaining our EMEA partner program. You will work closely with sales, customer success, product and marketing teams to identify and drive product enhancement, implementation needs and generate new business. Your responsibility expands from ensuring a seamless onboarding and increasing the market awareness through marketing activities.
Main responsibilities:
Help develop and implement EMEA partner strategy
Identify, recruit, and onboard partners
Activate partners through educating, planning & joint GTM activities
Meet and exceed partner-sourced MRR targets
Key Performance Metrics
Collaborate with teams within the organization to promote partner growth
Who you are
To be successful in this role we believe you have some years of experience of establishing partner collaborations/partner business and making partners results with their sales.
You are strong when it comes to relationship building and used to navigating organizations and communicating at C-level. To thrive with us you need to be adaptive and you have the ability to with great empathy understand the culture and values of other organizations. Preferably you have previously worked in high-performing startups where you've thrived in a self-managed environment interested in constantly learning and improving your skills and approach. You are a self-starter, entrepreneurial person who likes to get things done. It is a plus if you have worked with cyber security before or within SaaS.

Our recruitment process consists of a few interview steps starting off with an interview with someone from our Talent Acquisition team.
This position is for the Stockholm Office. We’re flexible when it comes to working from home or at the office, but would prefer if you are able to pop into the office every now and then. For tax reasons we need you to be located in Sweden, and we are more than happy to help you relocate. We'll help you with both your work permit and make sure you have a place to stay.
