Right now we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Partner Manager to help recruit and develop APSIS partners to grow partner related revenue in the Malmö area.


The role


As Partner Manager you will have overall responsibility for the Partner Sales within your region. The role consists of generating new business for APSIS through recruiting, on boarding, training and managing a portfolio of partners. Key tasks include:

Manage and support a portfolio of existing partners
Analyse new partner business opportunities
Recruit new partners
Conduct business reviews with partners, and get commitment on leads and sales opportunities
Successfully onboard and train new partners to get them started properly
Assist partners' executives and sales reps in identifying business opportunities
On top of being part of the sales team in Malmö and the Swedish partner team, you also belong to an international team of Partner Managers consisting of colleagues in different APSIS countries.



Your background

You have at least two years experience in successful B2B sales, contract negotiation and customer relationship management preferably within digital marketing, software and/or solution selling.
You have experience from partner management, building successful relationships and generating revenue from partners/channel sales
You have a professional contact network of decision makers of potential customers and partners.
You are an experienced negotiator and presenter who can communicate with ease with all your customers' stakeholders, also C-level, e.g. marketing, IT or legal.
Knowledge and/or experience in Customer Centric Selling or similar will be considered a big plus.
You are fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
To succeed in this role, you will have to be a team player, a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

APSIS' partners are typically value added resellers or software vendors within CRM, CMS/CXM, customer loyalty, ecommerce or similar as well as agencies within web & digital marketing, PR & communication and advertising. Therefore, expertise in digital communication and related technologies as well as abilities to discuss and understand high level technical and organisational needs will come handy.
