We are now looking to hire a Partner to the Operations practice with focus on Electric vehicle battery production.
We believe you:
Are an expert partner or in external advisor role
Hold a technical degree or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
Hold 15+ years of professional experience, thereof at least 5-10 years in cell production
Experience in leading Giga plant ramp up for cell production
Track record of building new teams and leading complex, high-volume production teams in areas like cell/battery production
International experience preferred
