Job Description
The H&M Group is going through rapid change! External Partner Services is building, together with assortment teams, a partner ecosystem of more and more external brands. Join us in building the H&M partner ecosystem. In the Partner Relations Lead role you will work in the External Partner Services function that ensures a seamless set up for partners. Partner evaluation, and successful B2B operations are within our daily responsibilities. We are an Enabling Function that cater for partnerships between our internal Portfolio Brands or Business Units and the external partners within a broad range of products and services, at scale!
What will you do?
As a Partner Relations Lead, you will team up with the relevant assortment teams at either Portfolio Brands or Business Units to be the spoke person towards external partners and brands. You will guide our partners through our Sign-on, Onboarding & Integration process to enable the H&M ecosystem. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of new partners by offering a seamless onboarding experience into our system and processes. Managing timelines, deadlines, and wide variety of stakeholders within such as B2B partners, buying, legal, accounting, sustainability, logistics and more.
Your range of tasks will include:
Project management of sign-on and onboarding for new partners entering the H&M group ecosystem in line with the goals of our business units and brands. Including negotiating terms of agreement, and coordinate commercials discussions
Ensure a smooth handover from assortment teams and make sure the project has clear expectation, timeline and goals
Take the partner through the sign-on process making sure all documents are signed and the partner is established in all necessary systems.
Consult and coach partners on the optimal system setup for their collaboration with H&M based on location, business model and goals.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholder’s resources, milestones and plans to ensure successful product data and information flows between H&M and partner. Ensure that the partner can meet our joint service-level agreement towards the customer and in the back-end processes (logistics, invoicing, and customer care)
Keep involved stakeholders updated and help identify and remove potential barriers for launch
Act as a business expert in different forums or projects, keeping the partner perspective top of mind leveraging your knowledge and expertise to support and build a world class partner experience

Qualifications

Together with the Team, you are the H&M voice towards these external partners, and you are one of the first points of contact for the Group when starting up a new relation with an External Branded partner. A service, and collaborative mindset is key in this role.
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
A solution minded person with strong communication skills and excellent problem-solving ability
Technical/system interest and understanding with an eye for detail.
Project management knowledge
Entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
A constant improver with an ability to learn and grow
Excellent English skills – written and verbal
Previous experience of working with retail operations, buying, key account management or partner management is considered an asset
Technical knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, E-commerce systems or marketplace software (such as Mirakl) is considered an asset
