What will your role be?
In collaboration with the Strategic Account team, define and support the account strategy from an early stage and lead its execution from lead generation & opportunity identification to successful implementation, according to the VALUE ENGAGEMENT Framework.


What does an Industry Process Consultant do?
Promote proper execution of the Value Engagement framework through relevant deliverables, and thus contribute to increasing the deal size, accelerating deal signing while securing a successful go-live of CRE Strategic Accounts.
Work with the wider 3DS teams (Industry Consulting, Industry Services, Cloud Advocacy, etc) as well as our external Partners to deliver specialist resource where needed in support of strategic opportunities.
Be able to articulate the overall 3DEXPERIENCE platform value by relying on the Customer Role Experience portfolio. Understand how the products fulfil the business needs.
Develop strong leadership with the CRE Strategic Account team to influence the Customer Transformation Strategy.
Drive "VALUE INNOVATION" activities on a group of related projects and program activities to achieve customer's goals and 3DS commitments.
Reveal the value during "VALUE ASSESSMENT" phase by identifying Business Drivers, Objectives and expected Benefits and their value indicators (Key Value Indicators).
Articulate the value during "VALUE DEFINITION" by defining customer's Business Changes, and identifying the impacted processes to achieve Objectives. Define the performance indicators (KPIs) and their targets for these processes. Build a business case for the proposed initiatives.
Support the "VALUE COMMITMENT" phase by leveraging DS Industry Consulting and Partner technical teams to provide proof of concept and demonstration of Industry Role and Process Experiences.
Confirm by monitoring the KPIs, assess impact on the business and expose it during the "VALUE DELIVERY" phase.
Encourage usage of IFWE Loops to enable customer business transformation and implementation.
Focus on process and traceability to enable an auditable trail of documentation for internal Sales Management account reviews.


Your key success factors
Strong evidence of Business Consultant experience in Strategic Account development
Real technical leadership demonstrated in managing Dassault Systemes' VALUE ENGAGEMENT'
Strong experience with customer relationship and comfortable with C-Level communications
Organization skills to be able to drive / coordinate groups of people and groups of related projects and program activities
Good level of knowledge in the business and operations of typical industry processes / domains
DS ecosystem knowledge and ability to activate his/her DS network
Knowledge of 3DS Industry Portfolio and offers
Business process modelling
Advising client on technical possibilities & efficiency improvements
Driving sales strategies, procedures and processes
Ensuring cross-department cooperation & liaise with industry experts
