We’re now looking for a Partner Sales Manager for a new and exciting role, where you get to shape both the role and successful ways of working with our partners globally.

About the job
As Partner Sales Manager for CribWise, you manage our partner companies globally in a way that creates trust and confidence in our collaborations. You challenge, encourage, educate and support our partners to make sure that they have all the tools and information they need to succeed. This includes setting effective ways of working, developing process improvements, evaluating performance and assisting them in local marketing activities. You create a sense of presence through weekly meetings and follow ups and you ensure that we meet – and exceed – our targets and sales forecast. Staying on top of the market and continuously identifying new important partners is an essential part of the job to ensure a full market coverage and strong brand awareness.

Our headquarters are at brand new offices in the old “gas works” in central Stockholm, and this is also where you’ll normally be located in this position. However, you do travel a lot to meet our customers out in the field.


About you
We’re looking for someone with experience from working as a project manager. You´re structured and organize your tasks in a timely manner to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously. You´re used to working in a global context in a large organization, preferably within production, and experience from managing similar accounts is a benefit. With partners in all parts of the world, it’s important that you’re aware of cultural differences and ways of working across borders, and that you’re fluent in English.

You enjoy a high pace and being on top of things, an ability that enables you to get things going and delivering results. You’re intrigued by finding new, effective solutions and by challenging the market, and you create trust in your relations. Making our partners feel comfortable with CribWise and its advantages is important, and you encourage them to increase sales by using your communication skills and a sense of humor. Being fierce, collaborative and result oriented, you also know how to make demands in a way that creates both results and happy partners.
