Are you looking for that perfect part time job where you can develop your skills within Customer Success? And do you want to do this at one of Sweden’s most up-and-coming Tech-companies? We are growing, and we are growing fast! Now we are looking for a Partner Service agent to our extraordinary Customer Success department at foodora. Probably you have it in you, to turn every unsatisfied customer experience into a positive one, either over the phone or through chat. So, if you are excited to be a part of our dynamic work environment and make sure to take foodoras Customer Satisfaction to the next level we might become good friends!
This is a part time position, where you can work either 50% or 75%. At foodora we never sleep (almost), with the opening hours 08-23.30 everyday of the year. This means that you need to be able to work flexible hours including daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays/red days.
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
- Answer questions and respond to partners through phone
- Work in our systems for chat and email
- Be helpful when our partners (restaurants and shops) encounter problems
YOU ARE
- Service-minded - All our partners are highly important to us, therefore giving them first class service is something that is in your nature
- Solutions oriented - Every day will probably not be a walk in the park, but when you face problems you see them as a fun challenge to solve
- Communicative - In addition to being good at communicating with your colleagues, you are also sharp in written communication
- Structured - Of course, it is also important that you can work with structure so that things do not fall through the cracks
- Last but certainly not least, you are an empathic person who can familiarize yourself with different people's situations and feelings
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a high school education
- You can easily understand different systems (we work in many)
- Excellent English and Swedish communication skills, both written and spoken
- Other languages are meritorious
- It is also an advantage if you have previously worked in customer service
