Partners Program Coordinator for World's leading IT company

MultiMind is looking for a Partner Local Program Coordinator for the world's leading IT company in Stockholm. This is an exciting, consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible until 12 months with great possibility for extension.

Role:   We are looking for a person that can execute projects and strategic marketing programs successfully, while always keeping an eye of measuring your success! You will need good project management skills, attention to detail and the willingness to execute day-to-day routines with rigor. We expect you to have a strong interest in digital, the drive to develop yourself and the curiosity to dig up all the stuff that you need to know to perform in the position. 

Responsibilities:  Your role will consist of 50% of coordinating and  localizing the Partners and marketing programs  in Norway; and 50% of  leading and executing activities across 6 markets  in Northern Europe.


You will be the catalyst between the sales team and the Agencies in Norway, sometimes organizing events for 50 to 200 Partners and to support Sales as well as possible to reach program targets.


Making sure that  global campaigns are localized.


Act as a  link between Partners program and various agency teams internally  to align communications 


Deliver new initiatives to activate agencies.


Host  training that educates and inspire a wide variety of agencies


Support teams to ensure that events are high-quality, on-brand, and logistically sound. 


Requirements:  BA/BS degree  preferred with a strong academic record. 


1-3 years of experience in marketing  project management, sales administration , customer service.  


Event coordination/management experience is a plus. 


Strong understanding and experience in the  search and online advertising market . Previous experience in both  traditional and digital advertising  a plus. 


Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish. 


Strong  presentation skills  (including proficiency in Excel and PPT). 


Data-driven decision making and analytical skills. 


Experience in managing  multiple internal and external stakeholders  a plus.
