At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry. Our carefully curated catalog, with over 35,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers, streaming services, and in-store soundtracks. Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.
We have a newly built team within the Partnership & Digital Rights Management Department (DRM) and we are looking to hire a Partnership Analyst as part of our strategy of setting the foundation for an impeccable reporting and operational structure around our existing and new partners.
How you will make an impact
The Partner Success team has a portfolio of over 50 partners categorized in the form of Revenue, Acquisition and API Partnerships. As part of the Partner Success internal Operations team, you will be fully responsible for ensuring a flawless reporting & invoicing process for these partners, as well as tracking their performance and help to build visualization reports in Salesforce/ Looker.
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Collect and correctly file the monthly usage reports we receive from partners
- Build monthly reports to send to acquisition partners
- Together with Accounting ensure partners are billed according to their contractual terms
- Track and evaluate partners KPIs/ performance
- Together with the team, aim at improving partnership productivity focused on implementation standardization, reporting, visualization in Looker/ Salesforce
- Understand partner reported data, product and users
- Work on ad-hoc analytical projects/business cases
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you are organized, client-centric and with outstanding attention-to-detail skills. You are a fast learner with a collaborative disposition and have good communication ability. We also believe you have a passion for data evaluation and visualization. You are comfortable with asking a lot of questions, working in a high-paced environment, as well as working with many different stakeholders whilst still keeping a bird's-eye perspective.
Other skills we think you have:
- Fluency in Excel (intermediate level)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Inquisitive mindset and comfortable working with large datasets in Excel/ Google Sheets
- A self-starter who takes initiative to get things done
- Great presentation skills
- Recent experience in dealing with large, real-world datasets from a digital, data-driven environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Looker is a plus
