At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry. Our carefully curated catalog, with over 35,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers, streaming services, and in-store soundtracks. Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.

We are currently developing a suite of developer tools for our partners to integrate into their apps and platforms, where a Content-API is one of them. We are now looking to hire a Partnership API Manager to cater for a stellar partner experience from integration and onboarding to growth and success for our new partners connected to the API.

How you will make an impact

As a Partnership API Manager in the Partnership & Digital Rights Management-domain, you’ll work closely with the Partner Success team and the API-team to execute on strategy. You will play a key role in evaluating the success of our partnerships, and be the expert on our partners; understanding their users, user journeys, and product roadmaps. You will manage relationships with and provide technical support to new API-partners, and be responsible for the entire delivery to partners.

More specifically, you will:

- Provide stellar service from first partner interaction

- Be the connector between partners, our Partner Success Engineers, new partner sales and our API Product team. - Gather partner feedback, summarize, and share with product team & other internal stakeholders.

- Work with partners and partner success Engineers to ensure time efficient and painless integrations for partners using our Partner Content API.

- Own “reduced average partner integration time” as KPI together with partner success Engineers.




- Execute terms of Partnership Agreements- Onboard partners, guide them through integration, and provide partners with relevant marketing and communication materials.




- Educate and evangelize partner content & product teams on the features and benefits of the Partner Content API.

- Understand partner products, users, and roadmap.

- Manage accounts to increase value for users, partners, and ES according to current strategy.

- Manage a portfolio of up to 50-100 partners efficiently.

- Maintain updated FAQ to facilitate more efficient partner integration



- Grow partner engagement over time

- Evaluate the success of our partnerships/API



Who you are

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a highly organized person with great prioritization skills. You are client-centric with the ambitions to always create the best experience for the partners and end-users, and you have outstanding communication skills.

We also believe you are/have:

- Solid experience working in a client-centric role, such as Partner- or Customer Success

- Experience working in tech companies, preferably SaaS/product company

- Broad technical understanding of APIs, SDKs

- Experience working with Product and Tech-teams

- Experience working with many different stakeholders from different angles and teams in a high-paced environment

- Knowledge of/experience from media, video creation, content and licensing is a plus

- Fluent in English, verbal and written
