Group Real Estate is an integrated function in the Volvo Group, with strategic and operational responsibility for the Group’s properties and real estate assets as well as for facility management. We are responsible for the entire property lifecycle, from acquisition to divestment. We optimize the use and value of the Volvo Group's facilities, owned and leased. We act as a center of expertise, generating economies of skill and scale in the real estate area. The Center of Expertise function (CoE) is a highly engaged group of experts within the property and facility management area and consists of employees situated in Sweden, Poland and France. You will report to the VP Center of Expertise within Group Real Estate and be part of the CoE team with focus on Partnership and Innovation within the RE FM area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As Partnership and Innovation Manager you will secure best practice and drive continuous improvements of our global real estate concepts, processes and methods. The main activity areas includes driving and coordinating the development of FM-services and concept and contract governance. Together with colleagues in the CoE team you will support all Group Real Estate (GRE) divisions to develop in the expertise areas and secure process management alignment within GRE to improve quality and efficiency in our ways of working. You will also drive partnership and innovations within the real estate and facility management area to secure GRE continuously develop ways of working to stay ahead. The work is also done in close cooperation with our suppliers/partners.
What you will focus on:
Responsible to drive development of the GRE FM service concept including strategic partnership development, innovations and digitalization including guidelines, instruction and tools/methods
Responsible for continuous improvements within the area of expertise including development and improvements of our internal processes and way of working though close collaboration and follow up with the GRE divisions
Responsible to drive transfer of knowledge, updates, training, best-practice sharing and feedback on a global level through established forums. Secure alignment within the GRE organization
Responsible for Supplier Contract management for key service suppliers within the FM scope including follow up of performance and improvements
Participate in relevant corporate & internal forums
Collect feedback from divisions on deployment and quality of services to continuously update and improve our service delivery
Develop relevant KPI:s related to the FM service concept
Communicate updates on standards, concepts, processes, tools or services within GRE
You will also take part in the continuous improvement journey in order to reach our target image.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge of skills and abilities
Extensive knowledge in the real estate and facility management area
You have experience in working with change management within organizations
Demonstrated experience in business analysis, development or strategy work
You are a structured, analytical and communicative person with an eye for detail
You have business understanding and are customer oriented with a drive for results and an ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization with a broad range of stakeholders
You are a person that sees opportunities in everything you do
