Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
To be a global champion Scania must have a presence in one of the world’s biggest commercial vehicle markets, i.e. China. The go-to-market strategy is developed in China for China. This ambition requires an R&D organization that can develop, maintain and further develop the aimed product portfolio.

Our strategy execution's speed and quality will be the most important differentiator in the coming years. For that reason, we are now looking for a Partnership Manager to accelerate our plans.
Your assignment
As Partnership Manager, you will work with a variety of tasks.
• Take up the role as Key Account Manager to manage the existing partnership portfolio at R&D Industrial Operations Asia
• Build and develop new partnerships and expand our partnership portfolio based on competence and product development needs
• Further develop our partnership strategy and establish key connections to collaborate with new partners
• Be the owner of our partnership process, from strategy to execution
• Responsible for negotiations with partners
• Other tasks in connection to your department to be agreed upon between Manager and Employee

Your profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree and previous experiences in partnership development, portfolio management, and/or key account management. Highly skilled in stakeholder management, partner engagement, negotiation, and communication. Ability to handle stress, manage time and prioritize tasks; ability to make concepts concrete and present to senior management; can-do attitude and dare to try mindset. Fluency in both English and Swedish is required; other language skill in Chinese Mandarin is considered a merit.
Your location
This position is based in Södertälje. However, flexible work location may be applied to reflect competencies needed and deliveries in the project. Occasional business trips within Sweden and to China should be considered.
