Partnership & Sales Developer to RECCO!

RECCO Advanced Rescue Technology is an international avalanche rescue system currently used by more than 900 ski resorts and rescue organizations in 32 countries. The search system is based on a technology solution that the Swedish company RECCO AB has developed and is the only one of its kind in the world.

In recent years, the technology has been further developed into an efficient helicopter-based search system, which means that RECCO is now radically broadening its operations from avalanche rescue to also include search for missing people in outdoor activities all year around. This leads to increased security for the large mass of outdoor practitioners, from hikers in the forest to high-alpine climbers in the mountains.

This important development leads up to the need to strengthen RECCO´s team with a Partnership & Sales Developer. This person will mainly focus on partnerships with rescue organizations, authorities and year-around outdoor interest groups globally and run different projects focusing on communication and sales development.

YOUR MISSION

RECCO is in search for a relationship and communication focused person who is passioned about international relations, outdoor activities, and technical innovations! With curiosity and a developed strategic and tactical thinking, you will participate in, further strengthen and develop interactions with various international organizations, e.g Search & Rescue, alpine resorts, and similar interest groups connected to year-around outdoor business.


Examples of responsibilities:

- Create communication and cooperation projects with international rescue organizations and members of interest groups within the year-round outdoor.
- Play an integral part in generating sales, through above cooperations, that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Business development and future strategies regarding RECCO's offer as a search system for targeted companies, organizations, etc.




YOUR TALENT:

- Experience from B2B cooperations, partnerships, and successful sales in an international environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, preferably also in Swedish and German.
- Experience from and/or good knowledge of the outdoor industry.
