We in the Parts Commercial Management team manage the Sales process of Volvo Genuine Parts, from handling our E-Commerce platform, making Sales analysis and Forecast, deciding the Pricing to our distribution around the world to digital retailing of our Parts business.
We are currently on a transformation journey and have initiated major changes in the areas of digital customer experience, e-commerce, sales channel development and partnerships.
We are now looking for a new passionate colleague to join us on our journey.

We work closely with many parts of the Volvo Group, interacting with customers in more than 180 countries. Our main channel being our web-shop. We operate from our location in Eskilstuna Sweden, but through an extended network of Colleagues in North America, Singapore, China, India and Brazil.

You have an interest in whole sales and retail sales analytics and eager to further develop our business with focus on e-commerce. You take pride in finding new solutions and ways to engage our customer base and get energy from working in an agile environment.
You believe in online sales as an important channel in creating customer value through attention, building our brand and retention. It is an advantage if you have experience from online retail, social-media or marketing.
Most importantly you are a dynamic team player eager to learn and full of energy to seize opportunities.
There will be some key responsibilities
Analytics of our whole- and retail sales through Market place traffic, customer behaviors, order patterns and point out business opportunities
Develop executive Sales analysis and present to our Parts leadership team.
Drive the roll-out of our web-shop The Marketplace into the markets within Region International. (Africa, Russia, Middle East and Oceania.)
Drive our social media and communication strategy together with colleagues in related functions to drive traffic towards our digital marketplace
Coordinate sales campaigns and coordinate marketing collaterals
Be able to provide training to our distribution network in online sales, retail analytics and other areas that you will learn in this role.
