Are you our new Parts Engineer? Are you inspired by helping others to success? Are you a structured person with a strong customer focus and great communication skills? Modis are currently looking for a Spare Parts Engineer to a company within the construction equipment industry in Eskilstuna!

You will work in a high performing team with long experience. Thea team is customer oriented and always striving to improve their work. They support each other and have fun together. The daily work is to support regions and internal stakeholders with requests regarding spare parts and content in the parts catalog. They are also work with feedback from the market and analyze data from our support system as well as remove spare parts at the end of its life cycle. 

As a Parts Engineer, you will give efficient and timely support to the regions and internal functions. This means working in case handling system and act upon requests. You will cover a wide range of machines and models. Updating and removing spare parts, interpret customer needs and make adjustments accordingly.

About you We are looking for a person with a university degree within mechanical Engineering or other similar area.

Furthermore, we see that you are open minded, a team player, has a high power of initiative with an ability to plan and perform your work independently. You are also curious and question the current processes in order to be more efficient and improve the work. You are a part of a group but will have individual responsibility within your specific area.

• You have a structured approach to handle documentation, data and planning of the daily work
• high knowledge in written and spoken English.
• Mainly maintain the spare parts offer in the whole product life cycle but also in some extent set up new spare part offer for new products.
