Job Summary:


We are looking for colleagues to join our Parts Pricing team within Parts Commercial Department of our Center of Expertise Function, Uptime and Parts.
As a Pricing specialist, you play an important role in safeguarding our company profitability by price optimization of our portfolios.
You will also utilize your expertise in the area by supporting our dealers in the Region Europe and International network as well as developing our Manufacture retail pricelists for our peer regions across the globe.


Job Content:
Define and implement pricing strategies in close coordination with Market areas and regions
Perform and analyze market studies for positioning and trends in the industry
Support the our Region Europe and International dealer network as well as our peer Regions to drive increased parts volumes and margins
Work with the Regions to identify opportunities to strengthen price positioning
Work with Pricing across all our brands (Volvo, SDLG and Terex)
Manage the life cycle Pricing of the existing product portfolio
Support Pricing activities in the execution of new products launch
Agile pricing strategy execution based on competitor position, research data and regional input
Develop commercial offers to maximize volumes and profitability through the product lifecycle
Collaborate with the Product Management team in designing price logics and price positions

1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:

Other experience and knowledge required:
Relevant degree in engineering and/or business or comparable experience
Strong commercial mind-set and end-to-end understanding of our distribution
Excellent communication skills paired with a holistic view
Analytic and structured work approach in order to set right priorities
Strong drive combined with excellent social and networking skills
Ability to establish and develop relations with other units within Volvo CE and partners and customers
Self-assured and motivated
Excellent computer skills
