Parts Specialist

In this role you will become a part of a fantastic team of Parts Specialists with a high customer focus always willing to help each other and our customers. Epiroc and the PSD division has an internal focus on leadership and feedback. This will ensure that our colleagues grow together with Epiroc.
Your mission
As a parts Specialist at Epiroc you will become a part of a great team of specialists with a high customer focus always willing to help each other and our customers.
You will work with parts preparation and parts pricing. When working with parts preparation your objective will be to transfer product design information to spare parts information which will create an important foundation for our parts and services business. By following our guidelines we decide which parts are set up as spare parts, and then we register and manage the spare parts in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system: M3, and our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system: Teamcenter. Our team works in close cooperation with the Market Analyst, Technical Service, Strategic Purchasing, Technical Documentation and Engineering departments.
Your responsibilities as a Parts Specialist will include supporting our Customer Centers around the world with issues regarding spare parts. The experienced colleagues within our department will also support other MRS hubs with various development and integration projects.
You must also take an active part in enhancing our work ways and always dare to think new as our aftermarket business is continuously growing and demanding the swift and flexible support from our department.
Skills and Experience
You have a bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, or other equivalent experience needed to succeed in this position. You understand a product bill of materials and have the knowledge of value-adding features of our spare parts. As you will work in a global environment solid English skills, verbal and written, are required as well as good skills in MS Office.
It is a big advantage if you have experience and skills in the systems we use every day such as: ACIGN, M3, Teamcenter, and PricePoint, as well as good product knowledge is a plus.
To be the ideal candidate you are dedicated and analytical, you have a structured way of working with a strong customer focus. You are a great communicator and as a team player you share the information with your colleagues in a natural way to get things done as a team effort.

This position is located in Örebro.
