Parts Specialist

Job description
We are looking for a Parts Specialist, to join the After Market Team based in Karlskrona.
The Parts Specialist reports to the Business Development Manager and will have the following responsibilities:
-Master data management and maintenance of parts portfolio
-Inventory control and stock planning
-Parts lifecycle management
-Aftermarket pricing in an international environment
-Engineering changes follow-up
-Global customer support with end customers, dealers, and distribution centers
-Parts set-up and other parts related issues in projects
-Spare parts proposals and tender quotations
-Prepare drafts for campaigns
-Initiate new improved parts solutions
Educational requirements:
-We are looking for a candidate with a technical education and background
-Understanding/knowledge of aftermarket tools, SAP as well as MS Office, PPT, Word and Excel
-Knowledge in design drawings
-Fluent in both Swedish and English
Experience/Knowledge:
We are looking for a person with service experience and customer-oriented thinking. A good awareness of the Road Construction business/product range is preferred to implement a good customer support strategy.
It´s preferable if the candidate has experience of Dynapac Road Construction Equipment specifically in compaction.
