Parts Supply Chain is our global organisation for managing all of Tetra Pak parts services and includes central and regional distribution centres as well as units for developing and planning all our parts related activities together with our colleagues in the clusters.
The Parts Supply Chain logistics are based on high flexibility, high transaction volume and short lead times.Hence we are very much dependent on good and stable IT solutions.To support our Global Operations we have a team of 6 persons responsible for IT support (super-users/driving tickets), IT developments (driving GAP's or development of our local systems), analysis and basic system maintenance.Now we are looking for a Business System Analyst who can join our team as soon as possible.The temporary position is planned to last until end of 2011.
In this team we can offer you challenging objectives in a dynamic organisation very close to our Market Companies within an international environment.
Main responsibilities
-Work as super user for Parts Supply Chain Global Operations - full time
-Drive Gaps and tickets with GIM for our Global Solutions IT (mainly SAP/R3)
-Do scheduled and ad hoc analysis and report results
Kvalifikationer
Preferably you have a University degree or equivalent within IT as educational background.As a person you are driven, flexible and result oriented.You need to be analytical and have a structured way of working.Furthermore you are a team player with great skills in English, both written and oral.
The successful candidate has a very good experience from working in/with IT systems and it's a merit if you have experience of working with SAP.Preferably you have worked a couple of years after your studies.
