Parts Market Support is responsible to drive the definition of spare parts (before order) securing that it matches market demand and our parts strategy. Our continuous aim is to provide on-time delivery of the definition of spare parts allowing for the best local service to our customers. To achieve this, Parts Market Support is organized in two areas: Parts Documentation and Parts Service Support. Parts Documentation is now looking for Parts Technical Authors to our Parts Documentation team that is based in Mjölby (SE) and Bologna (IT).

Core Responsibilities

As a Parts Technical Author, you support the Parts Market Support organization with technical documentation for all our spare parts. In short, your responsibilities are to:

* Follow the development of the existing products
* Maintain contact with Manufacturing R&D, Special Products and suppliers to ensure high quality documentation of repair parts
* Create and update parts documentation illustrations, and spare part information in a structured way
* Our Parts Documentation team produces customer-specific documentation for both internal and external customers

Your Profile

As a person you are creative and able to take own initiatives and you are used to work both independently and together with others. You are communicative and collaborative and good written and spoken English is an asset. You also have experience with illustrator tools and ideally with Content Management System (CMS). You have high sense of commitment to due dates and tasks.

You have a bachelor level degree or equivalent working experience and are interested in technology, and you have a good technical understanding. We are currently developing an education program for our technical authors fit for three different skill levels: Junior, Specialist, Expert. Depending on your educational background/experience we will give you a clear career progression.

Location

This position can be based in either Sweden (Mjölby), Italy (Bologna) or France (Ancenis) depending on your location. Working remotely is a natural part of the deal, so is an attractive benefit package and a yearly bonus.
