Operating at more than 146 stations in 31 countries and supported by a worldwide team of more than 15,000 people, we serve over 500 airline customers handling over 1million flights and 1.5 million tonnes of cargo per annum.
As Passenger service Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing business improvements and ensuring that our passenger service works optimally. You will be a member to the management team and act as support to other department managers, to varying degrees and project both internally and externally
The main responsibilities are:
Leadership
Development of the department's employees in relation to the station's goals and plans.
Participation in the recruitment process. Planning and implementation of measures for effective training and development within the department.
Ensure that employees follow accepted procedures and rules.
Finance
Develop and propose measures for improvement and increased efficiency of the department's products and services.
Securing the most efficient staffing and operation of the department's resources.
Involved in budget processes and to be responsible for passenger service agreed budget.
Customers
Participate in customer meetings and events to maintain and nurture client relationships for the benefit of Menzies Aviation.
Inform internally about conditions that may be of importance for the activity as a whole.
Quality
To achieve an acceptable standard and to achieve the set objectives, both internal and external.
Develop and maintain procedures to the company?s specification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Administration/Information
Ensure the correct and current reporting about staff ratios, operational and financial objectives and other relevant data.
Ensure effective communication to all employee groups within a Department such as economy, customers, procedures, practices, etc.
External Relationships
Participating in the ongoing cooperation between airport authorities and other relevant bodies.

You will have at least five years experience managing staff and very good knowledge of the Aviation industry. You will have completed upper secondary education, business content is an advantage. You should also have good knowledge of current Swedish laws and regulations, and good social and communication skills. Good command of spoken and written language in Swedish and English.
Because the work is done in a security-classified area, it is important that you are eligible to work in that area. For all staff a security investigation is conducted.
