Job description: You will be working in the Customer Service Centre (CSC) department who provides 1st line support to all customers of TeliaSonera International Carrier. CSC is the single point of contact for all inquiries related to the customer's service. CSC operates on a rolling shift basis, 24/7/365, night shifts will apply. The issues you face are mainly IP related. Customers are for example large ISPs and enterprise customers.

Your main responsibilities are to
-Register cases upon customer request and perform an initial analysis. Cases that are not solved by 1st line are handed over to our 2nd line department for further investigation.
-1st line is responsible for keeping a continuous dialogue with the customer throughout the entire incident life and is responsible for ensuring updates from interfacing units to in turn keep the customer regularly updated about the case resolution progress.
-All interaction with the customer is noted in relevant systems and adequate information is retrieved from relevant support systems.

You will work in an international team who is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. The team has grown rapidly the past year and our focus short term is to align the competence level and way of working in the team to increase the case resolution and 1st line.

Din profil

Education and experience:
- University degree within Telecommunications or Network Engineering or a very good knowledge and understanding of the same
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Experience from working with customer service
- Experience from working with international customers
- CISCO/Juniper certification is meriting

Personal skills: To be successful you are expected to work in close cooperation with your team members and other interfacing units, to care for the customer and to provide a world class customer service in every single case. You stay updated with the latest routines and ways of working. You are a problem-solver and dare to raise possible improvement to how we act and communicate internally and externally to simplify the way we do things. You constantly strive to improve and develop yourself as well as your team.

Apart from being a team player you love to trouble shoot and perform investigations but also know when it is time to hand the case over to our 2nd line engineers. You perform your work with the customer and the business in focus. You are a technical person who feels passionate and strongly about providing excellent customer service and communicating with the customer throughout the entire incident life cycle. Furthermore you are a good communicator and your English skills both in written and verbal form are excellent. As work load varies and is sometimes very high, you like it when there is much going on, you can handle stressful situations, can prioritize and ask for assistance when needed.
