We are looking for a Project Manager to join the multi-skilled Inhalation Product Development (IPD) department in Gothenburg. Our responsibility is to design and deliver the combined drug-device products - including formulation, device and packaging - to support new medicines. What you'll do

As Project Manager, you will collaborate across sites and functions to support multiple projects within our inhalation portfolio, from early-phase development through to commercialization. Your excellent organization and communication skills will be key for successfully supporting projects with their detailed planning, as well as taking an overall responsibility for planning and monitoring of the portfolio across projects.

Your responsibility will primarily be focused on projects led from the Gothenburg site, but you will also be part of a global network of Project Managers who support the development of inhalation products and work agile across sites.

We will rely on you to:

Manage the overall resource planning across different projects and support both Product Development Leads and line management with efficient and flexible resource management
*

Support the use of project management and lean tools into daily operation
*

Managing CMC, nonclinical and regulatory team activities
*

Coordination of budget planning and follow-up activities to support development projects as well as functional remits
*

Collaborate with internal key partners to ensure accurate management and follow up resource forecasts and achievement dates



Essential for the role

You have a degree in science, engineering, project management or equivalent, complemented by a solid understanding of pharmaceutical development.

Our team is a highly collaborative group of professionals, working in a constantly evolving landscape. Therefore, you'll have to be comfortable working at a fast pace, with a team-focused approach. You have excellent communication skills and a proactive and delivery-focused approach.

You also have:

Proven experience in the pharmaceutical or similar industry
*

Documented experience in project management and planning

Desirable for the role

Extended experience in project management and planning, including resource management and shown experience of effectively leading teams to meet timelines

Experience in using project management tools such as MS Teams, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
*

Proven experience from improvement projects and Lean ways of working

The seniority of the role can depend and be adjusted depending on your previous experience.
