Pastor with special attention to leadership development–Gothenburg, Sweden

Description
This job is for an individual to work with Christian communities within our network throughout Sweden to help consolidate the network, develop leaders, and set structures in place for a peripatetic, formal training program. Further, to bridge the network's theological, lingual, and cultural gaps. The individual will work closely with and report to the main teacher in our training church in Gothenburg.

Requirements
Experience of living in a variety of cultures
Native English speaker
Excellent communicator
Experience with training people cross-culturally
Excellent knowledge of the Bible and proven experience in Bible-teaching
Academic degree in Christian Ministries


This is a temporary employment. The project begins on September 1, 2022, and runs for five years.
